To keep our warehouse running smoothly, orders are packed and ready for collection as soon as they are placed. We hold pending orders for 7 days. If payment isn't confirmed by then, the stock is released back into our inventory.
Yes! We offer competitive tiered pricing. Please note that "Bulk Discounts" are separate from "Client Appreciation Discounts"—contact your account manager to see which applies to your current order.
For plain stock, there is no minimum. However, for custom branding (Embroidery or Printing), we typically require a minimum of 20 units per design to ensure we can offer you the best possible rate.
We specialize in high-quality logo application. A popular choice is our white-on-black branding for buffs and caps, which ensures your logo pops against soft, premium fabrics.
Absolutely. Once your order and logo are uploaded, our design team (using Canva and professional tools) will send a layout for your approval before we hit the machines.
Once the design is approved and payment is cleared, standard branding takes 5–7 business days, depending on the size of the order.
For the sharpest results, we prefer vector files (PDF, AI, or EPS). If you only have a PNG or JPEG, please ensure it is high-resolution (300 DPI). Our design team can assist with basic layout adjustments in Canva to ensure your brand looks elite.

Yes. When your order status changes to "Ready for Collection" in your portal, you can book your preferred courier. Simply share the collection note with them. Our showroom is located in Linbro business park for easy access.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
